Slow Dough bread is made the way you want it. We use only natural ingredients, no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives and no high-fructose corn syrup.
Ingredients: Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron (reduced), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Soybean Oil, Dough Conditioners (contains one or more of the following: Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Calcium Stearoyl Lactylate, Monoglycerides, Mono-and Diglycerides, Distilled Monoglycerides, Calcium Peroxide, Calcium Iodate, Datem, Ethoxylated Mono-and Diglycerides, Enzymes, Ascorbic Acid), Soy Flour, Soy Lecithin, Monocalcium Phosphate , Calcium Sulfate, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium propionate (preservative)

Our recipes and baking methods have been honed through five generations. Tradition, time and care are the ingredients, that are baked into every Slow Dough loaf. We use simple, high quality ingredients and a more gentle mixing method than many other large bakeries to create our perfect loaves.
All our breads are made fresh daily at our facility in Houston, TX, and delivered throughout the day.

Food waste is a problem that can be solved. Slow Dough works closely with Houston's Second Servings to provide surplus bread three to four times a week. Our bread goes to families and community centers in need, reducing waste and giving back to our community.
